I have previously worked with English National Ballet, Rambert Dance Company, Creative Partnerships, The Works: Dance & Theatre Cornwall and Duchy Opera in business management roles both employed and freelance, including small-and large scale touring, international touring and regional agency Programmes.

I have managed a range of projects from City of Lights, a large-scale lantern festival involving over 1000 people and over 20 schools and community groups, to the University College Falmouth's DiversiFEST Festival, promoting and celebrating diversity across the College. I am also Project Manager for Safe Hands, a governance development programme supported by the National Cultural Leadership Programme.

As a production manager, I have co-ordinated and managed events and performances including national dance company repertoire, Rambert's 75th Anniversary, Dance on the Tube, Creative Partnerships' Space event series, Duchy Opera's The Wreckers, Duchy Ballet's The Snow Queen, Rickmansworth Canal Festival and Royal galas.
