
I
enjoy being involved in a project or programme of work from the
beginning, contributing to it's development and working with stakeholders
to devise a creative project plan. For me, the value of a project
is in understanding it's relevance and place within the strategic
context and seeing genuine impact on people, art communities and
partnerships.
From the initial ideas, I work with the project team to plan and
implement the delivery of the project including co-ordination of
logistics & resources, managing the budget, recruiting and contracting
partners, suppliers & practitioners, managing communications
across the team and meeting health & safety requirements.
I offer support and administration for co-ordinating projects with
local partners such as schools, community groups, local councils,
funders and strategic agencies. Alongside this, with the team, I
develop and deliver marketing plans including print, website and
PR, in line with the project objectives.
